I started PT being so incredibly anxious in the gym, walking in with my head down, felt so uncomfy in the gym. I had never used barbells before or half of the equipment. After Two months of training with Rylee that has completely changed. I have noticed amazing physical changes such as glute growth, muscle tonnig and weight loss bu the most important think has been my confidence. I walk into the gym now feeling confident, comfortable and trusing in myself. She makes every session comfortable and answers all questions with full knowledge. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect before I started with Rylee to be completely honest. I had seen her with some of her other client’s previously and it looked like they were having a great time while working hard which intrigued me.
When I came in for my consult, I knew immediately that it was going to be a great fit. Rylee has an amazing personality and I became comfortable with her very quickly. We came up with an amazing plan, mostly her plan, and the process has been second to none and the progress I have made speaks to that.
She is very knowledgeable and our sessions have always been tough but fun and I look forward to them every day that I have one. Whether it’s doing reliable exercises or experimenting with some new ones, she never fails to push me to my limits and beyond them.

I have been consistently training with Rylee through an online program for 3 months! Rylee is very very
knowledgeable and puts in the work for her clients to see results. It hasn't been easy, but the numbers/progress pics don't lie and it has been worth every penny! Rylee keeps me consistent and accountable and I know I can turn to her with anything! If you wanted to get your butt kicked or doubled in size then she's the girl for you!
